Design Process 1: Creating the Mood Board

Based on the game theme which is a scfi RPG game, I began search online and made the mood board which helps me get a feeling of what it will be like in terms of the final UI.

Design Process 2: Identifying the user flow

The ability menu UI involves many user interactions so it is important to figure out the user flow on this UI. Basically, players first need to select an empty slot to equip an ability. And then they can use controllers to view and select which ability they want to equip.

Design Process 3: Wireframing

Low-fi wireframes help me transfer all requirement into actual UI fast and easily. I can explore new possibilities without too much effort.
